These Terms of Service govern your use of quick-apply.com and the services provided by Quick Apply Inc. (“Quick Apply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using Quick Apply, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our Services

Quick Apply provides tools that may help users:

  • Generate resumes, cover letters, and application answers
  • Submit job applications
  • Track application activity

We may change, add, remove, or discontinue features at any time.

Authorization to Submit Applications

When you use an application-submission feature, you authorize Quick Apply to complete and submit job applications using the information and preferences you provide.

If you enable automatic applications, Quick Apply may submit applications without asking you to approve each one individually.

You remain responsible for all applications submitted through your account.

Quick Apply will not accept job offers, sign employment agreements, consent to background checks, or complete employment onboarding documents on your behalf.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and current information.

You must not:

  • Provide false work history, education, qualifications, or credentials
  • Misrepresent your identity or work authorization
  • Use another person’s account
  • Use Quick Apply for fraud, spam, harassment, or unlawful activity
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or improperly access the services

You are responsible for reviewing your resume, profile, preferences, and saved application answers.

AI-Generated Content

Quick Apply may use artificial intelligence to generate or modify application materials.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing all information and ensuring it truthfully represents your background.

No Employment Guarantee

Quick Apply is a software provider, not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or employment agency.

We do not guarantee:

  • Successful application submission
  • Employer responses
  • Interviews or job offers
  • Employment
  • That a resume will pass an applicant tracking system
  • That job listings are accurate, active, or legitimate

Hiring decisions are made entirely by employers and recruiters.

Third-Party Websites

Quick Apply may interact with employer websites, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, actions, privacy practices, hiring decisions, or technical errors.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account and login credentials secure.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans may automatically renew until canceled.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees and taxes.

You may cancel through your account settings. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, payments are non-refundable.

Unused credits may expire or reset as described in your selected plan.

Intellectual Property

Quick Apply owns the website, software, branding, design, and related content.

We grant you a limited right to use the services for your personal job search. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create a competing service using our technology.

You retain ownership of the resumes, documents, and information you upload. You grant Quick Apply permission to process and transmit that content as necessary to provide the services.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse the services, or create legal or security risks.

You may stop using Quick Apply or close your account at any time.

Disclaimers

Quick Apply is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the services will always be available, accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Quick Apply consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@quick-apply.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Quick Apply after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
