As a Software Engineer Lead, you will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our Auto Finance lending application, working closely with client teams. You will contribute to the development of new applications and the modification of existing ones, ensuring robust and efficient software solutions. This role offers the opportunity to transition to a modern server-based application in the future.

What we are looking for

Develops, tests, and maintains software applications
Analyzes requirements and translates them into technical designs
Provides production infrastructure and on-call support
Works closely with client teams and internal stakeholders
Experience in COBOL programming and mainframe environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
