Staff, Software Engineer

Lead the design and development of intelligent systems that automate and enhance technology change processes at Walmart's scale. You will leverage your expertise in software engineering, distributed systems, and AI/ML to build production-grade solutions, influence technical direction, and mentor engineers. • Provide technical leadership in designing, building, and scaling intelligent systems for enterprise change engineering
• Develop AI/ML and LLM-based capabilities for automation, risk intelligence, and decision support
• Design and implement event-driven and API-based architectures for reliable system integration
• Apply strong software engineering practices to ensure reliability, performance, and operational excellence
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards and best practices
