Sensor Integration Software Engineer – Autonomous Vehicles

Avride is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to integrate diverse sensors into autonomous vehicle software pipelines. You will design, develop, and maintain low-latency drivers and data processing algorithms for various sensors, ensuring synchronized data for perception and localization systems. This role requires strong C++ and Python skills and expertise in sensor technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain low-latency device drivers and software pipelines for autonomous vehicle sensors
• Develop and optimize algorithms for sensor data timestamping, filtering, and preprocessing
• Maintain data analysis pipelines for sensor health monitoring and performance bottleneck identification
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensors into the autonomous vehicle platform
• Act as an expert in sensor domain, understanding technical characteristics and principles of operation
• Minimum 5 years of production software development experience with C++ and Python
