Staff, Software Engineer

WEX is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Benefits Technology team in Bangalore, India. You will collaborate with product managers and customers to design and build high-quality software solutions for employer benefits administration using modern technologies and test-driven development practices. This role involves developing new features, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and supporting live applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer challenges
• Design, test, code, and instrument new solutions
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Support live applications and promote proactive monitoring
• Mentor and lead initiatives within the team
