About this role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for the end-to-end development and modernization of applications supporting the Wisconsin Medicaid Market. You will drive technical direction, ensure platform consistency, and mentor engineers while working across diverse technology stacks. This role offers significant autonomy and ownership, blending daily engineering tasks with architectural vision and the adoption of modern practices like CI/CD and AI-assisted development.

Lead full-stack design and development across front-end, back-end, data, integrations, and hosting
Modernize legacy systems and reduce technical debt across multiple core administration platforms
Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and security as code
Mentor engineers on design, delivery, and responsible use of AI development tools
Set technical direction and promote platform consistency in a highly autonomous environment
Experience with Microsoft stack (e.g., .NET, SQL Server) and Azure cloud solutions
