Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead), Marketplace Middleware Engineering

Forge is seeking a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead to join their Marketplace Middleware Engineering team in Denver. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications with marketplace middleware logic, mentoring junior engineers, and leading technical requirements. The position is initially remote with a transition to a hybrid model once a Denver office opens.

• Design, implement, and maintain marketplace middleware applications
• Mentor junior engineers and guide development best practices
• Lead technical requirements and plan actionable tasks for the team
• Develop concise and detailed technical documentation
• Experience building APIs with C# and .NET
• Expertise in event-driven systems and CQRS/Event Sourcing
