Software Engineering Manager, Tooling (Product)

Lead a team of software engineers building customer-facing platform tooling for a global crypto and Web3 platform. You will guide roadmap development, system architecture, and engineering practices, including AI-assisted development, to ensure robust and scalable systems that enhance user experience for onboarding, compliance, and customer support.

• Lead and mentor a team of backend, web, and mobile engineers
• Define roadmaps, plans, and goals for the Tooling team
• Guide system architecture and modernization for scalable cloud systems
• Improve engineering practices, including AI coding tools and agentic pipelines
