Full-Stack Engineer

First American (India) is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and drive cross-team initiatives. This role involves contributing to production software, establishing engineering standards, building reusable frameworks, and mentoring senior engineers, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted engineering.

• Lead cross-team and cross-product initiatives from design through production
• Design, develop, test, deploy, debug, and operate critical production software
• Build shared frameworks, libraries, services, and tooling
• Create reusable AI workflows, evaluations, validation mechanisms, and safety guardrails
• Apply AI responsibly across the software development lifecycle
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads
