Lead Software Engineer

Lead complex technical initiatives for McKesson's EnterpriseRx platform, a comprehensive pharmacy workflow solution. You will provide architectural guidance, mentor engineers, and drive scalable software delivery using modern technologies like Angular, Spring Boot, and Azure. This role offers location flexibility and focuses on enhancing security and core pharmacy functionalities.

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for software engineering teams
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Angular, Spring Boot, SQL, and Azure
• Mentor peers and champion engineering best practices
• Remediate security vulnerabilities and support critical pharmacy systems
• Partner with Product, QA, and Operations for high-quality software delivery
• Embed AI across the software development lifecycle
