Senior Full Stack Engineer

Join our Simplification Center of Excellence as a Senior Full Stack Engineer to provide critical operational support and technical coordination for the Skan.AI process intelligence platform. You will ensure platform reliability, manage integrations, resolve issues, and enable business teams to leverage process intelligence for simpler, more effective solutions.

• Provide operational support and administration for the Skan.AI platform
• Build, maintain, and support integrations between Skan.AI and enterprise systems
• Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure, and security teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive them to resolution
• Enable successful adoption and use of process intelligence capabilities
• Full-stack development, cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and DevOps expertise
