About this role

Lead a team of software engineers in developing a new enterprise resource platform (ERP) and dealer integrations for Caterpillar. This role involves owning architecture, defining integration standards, and ensuring the delivery of a modern ERP solution to improve dealer operations and customer experience.

What we are looking for

Lead a team of 4-5 developers for ERP and dealer integration implementation
Oversee ERP and Dealer Integration delivery against quality, security, and usability standards
Design, develop, and implement software programming applications using agile methods
Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation
Proficiency in .NET, C#.NET, Azure Integration Services, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Experience with solution architecting, technical designing, and data migration
