Director, Engineering (Interventions)

Counterpart Health is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead their Interventions pillar, focusing on early diagnosis and chronic condition management. This role involves owning the technical strategy and execution for the Interventions roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of AI in the SDLC.

• Own the Interventions technical roadmap and strategy
• Lead diagnostic precision and clinical data accuracy initiatives
• Oversee scaling of Interventions systems and data infrastructure
• Manage cross-functional partnerships with Product, Data Science, and Clinical Operations
• Drive adoption of AI-powered Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 12+ years of engineering experience, with healthcare data or ML focus
