Engineering Manager

Earnest is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team in modernizing application architecture and driving proactive execution. This role involves technical mentorship, code quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver data-driven action plans and reduce system complexity. The ideal candidate will have a strong full-stack engineering background and experience in B2C product development.

• Own end-to-end delivery of team's roadmap and technical trade-offs
• Lead modernization of application architecture for modularity and high-observability
• Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, security, and scalability
• Partner across Product, Design, and Operations to drive ownership and break down silos
• Balance scope, time, and quality for optimal business outcomes
• 7+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership
