Director, Engineering (Interventions)

Clover Health is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the Interventions pillar, focusing on early diagnosis and treatment of chronic conditions. This role involves owning the technical strategy and roadmap, optimizing clinical data accuracy, and scaling systems to support a growing member base. The director will also drive AI adoption in the SDLC and manage cross-functional partnerships.

• Own the Interventions technical roadmap and strategy
• Lead diagnostic precision strategy and optimize clinical data
• Oversee scaling of Interventions systems and data infrastructure
• Manage cross-functional partnerships with Product, Data Science, and Clinical Operations
• Drive adoption of AI-powered Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with healthcare data, clinical interoperability, or ML-driven healthcare products
