Lead Full Stack Engineer

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Lead Engineer to spearhead the development of scalable supply chain solutions. This role involves end-to-end technical leadership, architectural design, and ensuring high-quality, secure, and performant delivery of full-stack applications in an agile setting. You will guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to translate business needs into robust engineering solutions.

• Provide end-to-end development leadership for scalable supply chain business solutions
• Own overall development execution, solutioning with appropriate frameworks, architecture, and tools
• Guide technical direction, drive code quality, and mentor junior/mid-level resources
• Ensure secure, performant, production-ready delivery across full-stack, database, cloud, and CI/CD
• Collaborate with engineering leads, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders
• Implement AI-assisted engineering practices and responsible AI principles
