Director of Engineering - US

VulnCheck is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead and grow its engineering teams while remaining hands-on with technical work. This player-coach role involves setting technical direction, driving architectural decisions, and contributing to code, alongside managing hiring, team development, and execution. You will report to the VP of Product and Engineering and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.

• Lead technical architecture and strategy for core platform systems, APIs, and data pipelines
• Contribute to code design, reviews, and critical implementations
• Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing engineering team
