Senior/Staff Backend Engineer

Fora is seeking a Senior/Staff Backend Engineer to join their New York City team. You will be instrumental in building and enhancing the company's platform, focusing on the advisor portal, external-facing website, and internal tools. This role involves partnering with product and design teams, developing core application features, and ensuring high standards of performance and code quality.

• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to define and prioritize the roadmap
• Build the travel advisors application for onboarding, searching, booking, and itinerary management
• Focus on performance, architecture, clean design, and clean code principles
• Collaborate with engineers to define end-to-end engineering solutions
• Own epics from design through implementation and delivery
• 5+ years of backend web development experience
