Software Engineer

Join our Installed Base team as a Software Engineer to maintain, support, and enhance our existing global product offerings. You will troubleshoot complex production issues, develop fixes and enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software stability and performance. • Analyze and resolve production issues through code-level debugging
• Collaborate with Service, Product Development, and Tech Leads
• Develop patches, hotfixes, and minor enhancements
• Write clear documentation for fixes and processes
• Proficiency in Java and debugging tools
• Experience with Git, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines
