Forward Deployed Engineer, Command by Asana

Asana is seeking a technical Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers deploy their new AI offering, Command. You will work directly with customers to implement solutions, gather feedback, and integrate Command with existing systems. This role involves coding, workflow design, and customer enablement to ensure successful adoption and enhance software development processes.

• Deploy Asana's new AI offering, Command, for product development organizations
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and customer teams to integrate Command
• Design and implement technical foundations for customer adoption
• Work across cloud infrastructure, integrations, and workflow automation
• Configure customer environments and pair with engineering teams
• Write production code and develop reusable product capabilities
