Senior Director of Engineering, Developer and Agent Experience

Lead the development of an AI-native engineering operating system to transform software development from idea to production. This hands-on leadership role involves designing and building systems, reviewing architecture, and defining platforms and workflows that embed AI across the entire software development lifecycle. You will partner with senior leaders to systemize AI, optimize model usage, and build a specialized organization focused on AI platform engineering and developer experience.

• Define and deliver AI-native development platform including LLM access, agent orchestration, and AI marketplace
• Design and implement AI-driven systems for automated code, test, and documentation generation
• Re-architect developer experience across inner and outer loops for reduced friction
• Partner with leaders to standardize AI workflows and drive organization-wide adoption
• Define and monitor key metrics, own model cost optimization and governance
• Build and lead a specialized organization in AI platform engineering and automation
