Principal Software Engineer - Core Infrastructure (Python/C++)

Lead the technical direction for the core infrastructure of the Prism Mapping platform, a critical medical device system. You will architect solutions for real-time data movement, device communication, and system reliability, while mentoring other engineers and raising the engineering bar in a regulated environment.

• Lead architecture for foundational software of the Prism Mapping platform
• Define multi-release direction for platform scaling and new capabilities
• Set engineering bar for infrastructure code reliability, observability, and performance
• Lead design and delivery of major subsystems and technical initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams
• Drive improvements in architecture, development processes, and system design
