Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer at Cisco, you will develop and manage identity and access management solutions, focusing on enterprise IAM platforms within commercial and government environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, debug software, and ensure secure access for a large user base, while also contributing to FedRAMP compliance.

• Implement and manage authentication controls, federation, and identity governance across Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, Active Directory, and Duo
• Configure and administer Okta integrations, including SSO and MFA
• Own Duo platform administration and manage identity lifecycle operations
• Troubleshoot complex issues in production environments and support FedRAMP audit activities
• Develop software consistent with Design Thinking Principles for enterprise IAM platforms
• US Citizenship required
