Forward Deployment Software Engineer

Itero Group is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to support digital transformation initiatives for financial services clients. You will design, develop, and deploy modern software solutions, partnering with business stakeholders to solve complex challenges. This role involves working directly with clients, gathering requirements, building scalable applications, and leveraging AI tools.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications
• Partner with clients to understand business challenges and develop technology solutions
• Develop modern web applications using TypeScript, React, Python, and cloud technologies
• Build APIs, integrations, and enterprise workflows
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools for rapid solution delivery
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices
