About this role

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Lead Engineer to own the architecture, quality, and delivery of our React Native mobile application and React JS web surfaces. You will provide technical leadership, mentor a distributed team, and drive end-to-end feature delivery across iOS, Android, and web channels. This role requires deep expertise in mobile and full-stack development, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate complex business problems into elegant software solutions.

What we are looking for

Own React Native mobile app and React JS web surface architecture, quality, and delivery
Provide technical leadership and mentor a distributed engineering team
Drive end-to-end feature delivery across mobile and web platforms
Expertise in React Native, React JS, TypeScript, Node.js, and AI-first engineering
Experience with state management, REST APIs, GraphQL, and CI/CD
Lead code reviews and root cause analysis for production issues
