About this role

Adyen is seeking a GTM Engineer to build automations, custom internal applications, and AI-native workflows for Go-To-Market operations. This role focuses on leveraging AI coding assistants and LLMs to solve process bottlenecks by rapidly developing and deploying custom web applications and integrations. You will partner with commercial stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to streamline user experiences and enhance the commercial lifecycle.

What we are looking for

Build lightweight, custom web applications to bypass clunky SaaS UIs
Develop integrations between GTM tools, internal systems, and LLM APIs
Build and deploy automated workflows to eliminate manual effort
Own selected GTM tools end-to-end, focusing on automation and AI innovation
Monitor and improve data consistency across systems with automated fixes
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support to translate friction points into technical improvements
