- Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks like ReactJS
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and ensure seamless integration
- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
- Implement secure coding practices and unit testing to ensure reliable and protected software
- Experience with containerization (OpenShift/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies within the Banking or Financial Services sector
