Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Join Workday's Agent Factory team as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build the next generation of AI agents that power HR and Finance workflows. You will design and ship end-to-end full stack solutions, from user interfaces to backend services, integrating AI capabilities into our global platform. • Build and deliver full stack features for AI agents embedded in HR and Financial workflows
• Own services and experiences from development through production
• Collaborate in an iterative, team-first environment valuing strong engineering practices
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates to raise the technical bar
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years with a web development framework (Python preferred) and Relational DB (PostgreSQL preferred)
