About this role

JLL is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to rapidly design, architect, prototype, and deploy innovative solutions using AI and modern tools. You will act as an embedded technical owner, diagnosing and fixing data and workflow problems for multiple teams, and defining best practices for other engineers. This role requires deep hands-on engineering experience in AI agents, data architecture, and full-stack development, along with strong interpersonal skills to influence and drive alignment.

Redesign and rebuild data pipelines and flows
Deploy and operate AI agents in production via AWS Bedrock AgentCore
