Sr. Software Engineer (AI Voice & Messaging Agents)

Bandwidth is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to transform an AI voice agent platform from a concept into a revenue-generating SaaS product. This role involves building the full-stack product layer, including tenant management, APIs, and user experience, for resellers and SMBs. You will work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a larger public company, focusing on shipping code to real customers and iterating based on feedback.

• Build the SaaS platform layer for an AI voice agent product
• Work across the full stack: backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI pipeline
• Ship features to real partners and SMBs, measuring success by user adoption
• Lead through code quality, smart trade-offs, and development velocity
• Automate development processes to increase speed and efficiency
• Experience with AI development tools and full-stack development is required
