Staff, Software Engineer

As a Staff Software Engineer at Walmart, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable platform capabilities and AI-powered solutions for our Global Seller Support team. You'll drive the full software development lifecycle, mentor engineers, and influence architectural decisions to enhance automation and product innovation within one of the world's largest e-commerce ecosystems.

• Define technical strategy and architecture for large-scale Marketplace Support platforms
• Lead design and implementation of AI/LLM-powered agentic workflows
• Build resilient, scalable, and observable distributed systems
• Drive engineering excellence through architecture reviews and technical mentorship
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Operations to translate business problems into scalable capabilities
• Influence engineering roadmaps and lead cross-functional technical initiatives
