Engineering Manager, Control Plane

Tailscale is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on the control plane. You will guide technical direction, contribute to product success, and help grow the engineering organization in a fully remote, early-stage company. This role requires a highly technical manager experienced in building and operating production services, managing on-call rotations, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
