Entry Level Software Engineer

Join General Motors as an Entry Level Software Engineer in our Vehicle Software and Electronics Engineering group. You will design, implement, and test cutting-edge software solutions for our vehicle portfolio, impacting millions of customers and contributing to GM's vision of a safer and more sustainable future. • Design, implement, and test software for embedded controls systems, vehicle digital experience, or mobile apps
• Develop software solutions using C, C++, Python, Rust in Android, QNX, and Linux environments
• Adhere to software design principles and document requirements and test cases
• Utilize automated test tools at controller, system, and vehicle levels
• Collaborate as an inclusive Agile Scrum team member
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, graduating Dec 2026 - June 2027
