Engineering Manager, Agentic AI

Robinhood is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development of foundational AI and ML infrastructure. You will oversee the creation of ML and AI models, guide the engineering organization in producing advanced models, and leverage LLMs to build scalable products. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong software engineering background and deep expertise in applied ML at scale.

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing organization of engineers, managers, and applied ML specialists
• Guide model development and evaluation for AI applications
• Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and executive leaders
• Establish clear engineering processes for reliable delivery and scalability
• Proven engineering leadership experience with a track record of supporting performance and hiring top talent
• Hands-on experience in Applied Machine Learning, specifically with productionizing LLMs
