Software Engineer

Join STV's Digital Advisory Products group as a Software Engineer, where you'll translate complex client challenges into production-ready software. This role blends consulting and engineering, requiring you to deeply understand problems and craft elegant code solutions. You'll work on a small, senior team that embraces AI-assisted development and delivers end-to-end ownership.

• Design and build modern web applications (frontend, backend, integrations)
• Partner with clients, designers, and project leads to define technical approach
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools fluently in daily workflow
• Integrate LLMs and other AI capabilities into client-facing products
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical plans and ship software
• Present work, tradeoffs, and recommendations to non-technical audiences
