Lead Software Engineer (Backend)

Lead and scale a team of backend and platform engineers building distributed systems for a Unified Customer Experience Management platform. You will be responsible for technical leadership, people management, and driving engineering excellence in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Lead design and delivery of scalable, distributed backend systems and real-time platform APIs using Java-based microservices
• Manage, coach, and grow a team of backend engineers
• Drive sprint planning, estimation, and delivery across multiple squads
• Partner with Product, DevOps, QA, and Customer Support teams
• 12+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Experience with Java, AWS, Kubernetes, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, CI/CD
