Software Engineer

KBR is seeking a Software Engineer to join their National Security Solutions team in Chantilly, Virginia. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack software applications for critical national security missions. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and professionals to solve complex technical challenges and deliver reliable, scalable, and secure applications.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack software applications using Java, Python, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, SQL, and Hibernate
• Develop and integrate application services, database components, user interfaces, and data processing capabilities
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Gradle, Maven, and Jenkins
• Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS services
• Perform unit, integration, regression, and system testing to ensure software quality
• Troubleshoot complex application, database, integration, and infrastructure issues
