About this role

PayPal is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in San Jose, CA to design, develop, and maintain rule-based systems using DSLs and Java. You will build Python backend services, engineer data pipelines with Kafka, and optimize SQL queries on GCP. This role involves managing Kubernetes environments, ensuring system reliability through testing, and mentoring junior engineers.
