About this role

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be a key technical leader and individual contributor within our Learning and Active Perception group. You will drive the development of innovative computer vision and analytics for defense and commercial applications, focusing on implementation for low-power embedded processors and integration into unmanned systems. This role also involves mentoring junior engineers and contributing to cutting-edge perception technologies.

What we are looking for

Lead design, implementation, and testing of computer vision algorithms in C++
Optimize software for low-SWaP embedded processors (e.g., Nvidia Xavier/Orin)
Integrate perception pipelines into unmanned aerial and maritime systems
Mentor junior software engineers
Develop software documentation and technical reports for customers
Utilize CMake and modern C++ build systems
