About this role

Lead the technical design and hands-on development of customer-facing web applications and Java-based backend services. What we are looking for

Lead full-stack development of web applications, microservices, and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript
Translate requirements into detailed application designs and drive projects from concept to completion
Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce software engineering best practices
Troubleshoot and support production applications, investigating front-end and backend issues
Evaluate and apply AI/Generative AI technologies to improve code quality and development efficiency
Coordinate releases and technical changes across global teams
