Software Engineer, Senior

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and own complex services and features for their digital platforms. This role involves end-to-end feature ownership, backend and frontend development, and contributing to system architecture and resiliency. You will also mentor junior engineers and leverage AI-assisted development tools.

• Design and develop scalable backend services and modern user interfaces
• Own features end-to-end, from design through production support
• Contribute to architecture, performance, scalability, and resiliency decisions
• Build and maintain APIs for dealer and consumer digital platforms
• Apply strong observability, testing, and operational discipline
• Mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction
