Director of Engineering

Lead the Power Core Engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions that provide valuable user experiences and problem-solving tools for customers in the electric power industry. This role balances strategic vision with hands-on leadership to foster growth and success.

• Define and execute engineering roadmap for process improvement and developer experience
• Lead, mentor, and grow engineering managers and technical leads
• Drive design and delivery of Bid-to-Bill solutions for energy market workflows
• Champion a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and psychological safety
• Forecast staffing and resource needs, recruit and retain engineers
• Oversee delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable software systems
