About this role
Blue Origin is seeking an Application Software Engineer to develop and operate the software stack for New Glenn's avionics verification systems. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of software components, ensuring flight-critical hardware is verified before launch.
What we are looking for
6- Design and implement production-quality Linux software drivers for test instruments
- Own the full driver lifecycle: characterization, implementation, integration testing, and documentation
- Architect and extend automated test execution frameworks and result-checking infrastructure
- Implement check logic, pass/fail criteria, limit management, and structured report generation
- Build and maintain deployment automation for test system configuration management
- Design and implement operator-facing applications for test engineers and technicians
