This hands-on role involves designing, building, and operating high-availability backend systems, leading disaster recovery efforts, and mentoring junior engineers.

• Design, build, and maintain backend infrastructure for high availability and automated failover
• Architect and implement resiliency solutions for distributed systems
• Develop and manage automation for recovery operations using Ansible and Python
• Lead disaster recovery testing and validate system resiliency
