Develop GenAI-powered features and agents using tools like Devin and Cursor
Lead teams of virtual developers to deliver high-quality, maintainable code
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate AI ideas into technical designs
Evangelize GenAI adoption across the company through knowledge sharing and training
Apply AI to solve process challenges and improve efficiencies
5+ years backend experience in .NET/.NET Core and 5+ years front-end experience with TypeScript and a modern framework
