Software Engineer

Cisco is seeking a Software Engineer to join their global Escalations team, focusing on the Collaboration Devices business unit. You will be instrumental in building and engaging a diverse beta community of customers and partners, facilitating feedback, and developing field quality monitoring tools, including AI-based solutions. • Build and maintain a diverse beta community of partners and customers
• Drive community engagement through direct interactions, newsletters, and webinars
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to launch beta programs
• Facilitate beta testing and gather structured customer feedback
• Develop field quality monitoring using metrics, tools, and AI-based solutions
• Partner with internal teams to ensure feedback is acted upon
