Lead Software Engineer

M&T Bank is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Buffalo, NY to write code, guide technical requirements, and ensure the stability of banking technology. • Develop and coach team members on applications within SDLC processes
• Review and approve pull requests, designs, and proposals
• Author clean, efficient, and secure source code in multiple programming languages
• Oversee source control management and code merging into production
• Drive adherence to patterns for performance, resiliency, and optimization
• Partner with other groups to suggest process improvements and contribute technical requirements
