Software Engineer II, Customer Value, Provider Search

Spring Health is seeking a Software Engineer II to enhance the member provider search experience on their AI-native mental health platform. This hybrid role in Seattle involves designing and building full-stack services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to architectural discussions. You will help ensure members efficiently find the right mental health providers.

• Design and build scalable full-stack services using Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features
• Expand and maintain the existing web application
• Contribute to architectural discussions and code reviews
• Advocate for high engineering standards, including test coverage and observability
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support system reliability
