Manager, Software Development Engineering

Labcorp is seeking a Manager of Software Development Engineering to lead a team in developing clinical content management systems. This role involves mentoring engineers, owning the technical roadmap, and partnering with product management to deliver impactful solutions for diagnostic report generation. You will also be responsible for establishing engineering standards, managing team capacity, and driving architectural decisions, including the responsible use of AI/LLM tools.
