Full Stack Lead Engineer

Lead a global engineering team to develop and scale a critical cash and intraday liquidity management platform. This hands-on role involves owning the technical roadmap, designing AI-first, cloud-native systems, and ensuring high availability and regulatory compliance across multiple geographies.

• Own end-to-end technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for a foundational platform
• Design and deliver highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems
• Drive an AI-first engineering culture with LLM tooling
• Lead, grow, and develop a global engineering organization
• Stay hands-on in architecture reviews, code quality, and technical decision-making
• Partner with risk, compliance, and infrastructure teams for security and audit readiness
